Rolling Rock Community Management is a full-service community management firm, focused on providing the basic services and support every Association needs.  Here is what that means for your Association:

​

  • One direct contact for the Board of Directors, providing guidance on all day-to-day management related issues and ensuring that all communication with the HOA is handled quickly and appropriately.

  • Twice monthly compliance visits to your community to ensure all homes are complying with the covenants, conditions and restrictions (CCR’s) of the Association.

  • Full financial management including resident billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, monthly financial statements and delinquency management.

  • Disposition of all homeowner correspondence INCLUDING Architectural Review Committee Applications without charge.

  • Supervision of association maintenance, including subcontractors and internal services.

  • Two official Association meetings annually, including the Annual and Budget meetings to meet state requirements.

  • All onboarding and setup of your association internally.

These enhanced services are offered to each association as needed for an additional expense:
